Can I get a loan for a property in a FEMA disaster area?

Can I get a loan for a property in a FEMA disaster area? Jordan Brewer

Unfortunately, there are some blacklisted areas in which FEMA has declared a major disaster and we cannot NOT offer financing in those locations.

To determine if your property is in a blacklisted area, type the property address into the Advanced Deal Analysis. If it is in a blacklisted area, it will flag it as being in a 'blacklisted area' in the 'Risk Analysis' section.

The only blacklisted areas due to disaster declarations where we are currently NOT lending are certain parishes in Louisiana. Below is the complete list of parishes we are NOT lending in:
Acadia Parish, Ascension Parish, Avoyelles Parish, East Baton Rouge Parish, East Feliciana Parish, Evangeline Parish, Iberia Parish, Iberville Parish, Jefferson Davis Parish, Lafayette Parish, Livingston Parish, Pointe Coupee Parish, St. Helena Parish, St. James Parish, St. Landry Parish, St. Martin Parish, St. Tammany Parish, Tangipahoa Parish, Vermilion Parish, Washington Parish, West Baton Rouge Parish, and West Feliciana Parish.
