Yes, you can have a partner on the loan. The loan is provided to a business entity that we create prior to closing. This entity will be created with both partners as members, unless one of the partners has disqualifying credit issues such as a foreclosure or bankruptcy, in which case the partner with credit history issues will be a 'Manager' instead of a 'Member'. All partners will be a persona guarantor on the loan.
