Absolutely. Unlike traditional lenders, we do not have requirements about where exactly this money comes from or how long you've had it. You could sell a priceless doll collection on ebay, secure funding from a second lender or inexplicably find an extra ten grand lying in the street. As long as you have the cash-to-close, we can do business.
