As a member of the Find-Fund-Flip System there will not be any additional charge for your first desktop property evaluation. There will be a non-refundable charge of $250.00 for any additional desktop property evaluations, and a non-refundable charge of $400.00 for any on-site property evaluations (credit/debit cards only).
