We recommend pulling comps using the Investor's Edge software in your Member's Area.
While a real estate agent or realtor can pull comps, statistically agents pull high comps because they are showing you what the property may be able to sell for without a high regard to it selling quickly. Using the lowest comparables that are in move-in ready condition will ensure your property is priced to sell within 90 days.
