You can access the property value analysis worksheet by logging into the Member's Area. Hover over the 'Software' tab and click on 'Property Value Analysis' in the drop-down menu. You will enter in the subject property's square footage. You will then enter in the square footage and the sold amount for four neighborhood sold comparables. These comparables should be the lowest comparables that are move-in ready. You will then enter the square footage and sold amount for four active neighborhood comparables. Again, be sure to use the lowest comparables that are move-in ready. Once you enter in this information, the rest of the worksheet will be filled in for you and your final estimated property value determined.
