How long does a property evaluation take?

How long does a property evaluation take? Jordan Brewer

Desktop property evaluations take on average 1-2 business days.

Onsite property evaluations take on average 5 business days to complete. This is an average. If your property is in a relatively remote, isolated, or rural location or our evaluators cannot access your property, the evaluation process can take significantly longer.

Here is the estimated breakdown of the 5 days for the onsite property evaluation:

• Locating Evaluators: 1 Day
• Conducting On-Site Visits: 2 Day
• Underwriting Reports: 1 Day
• Scheduling Time to Review Results: 1 Day

This time starts NOT when you submit a loan application, but when your order is placed for your property evaluation online or via phone. Please be sure that your access instructions will work BEFORE you place your order. It is not uncommon for evaluators to be at the property within 1-2 hours of placing your order.
