The number of offers you will need to make to secure a property will directly correlate to the finding strategies you use. If you use the MLS, considering how high the competition is, you will most likely be making multiple offers over many months before finally securing a property. If you use more advanced techniques such as targeted direct mailing, classified ads, and fleet car signs, you will find that you won't have to make nearly as many offers before finally securing a property.
