The amount you spend to find a property will all depend on which search methods you use. If you stick with looking through the MLS, you will not have to spend anything, but you will have extremely high competition for properties. If you use more advanced finding strategies, such as classified ads, fleet car signs, or postcard mailings, you will pay more but will generate results far more quickly with less competition.
