I ordered a property evaluation - Now what? Alli Parkinson
There are 3 phases in the evaluations stage.
First is the desktop evaluation, which is completed within 1-2 business days. It is done remotely, and you will receive a video of the findings.
Second is the virtual walkthrough, which is a video call between you, your general contractor, and your project manager. They will go through the property room by room, line item by line item, to really nail down the scope of work and rehab budget. The timing on that will depend on the availability of your contractor.
Third is the onsite evaluation. These are generally completed within 3-5 business days. 2 third party real estate professionals who are local to the area will visit the property along with a copy of the scope of work to help assess the ARV of the property.
We will be in touch each step of the way with the findings of each stage of the evaluations.
