Yes. Our maximum rehab budget is $200,000.
Larger rehab budgets can be very difficult to complete on-time and on-budget even for experience flippers. Although rehabs requiring more than $75K - $100K can be done and might increase your profit potential, they are often just too risky. We will review these on a case by case basis, but if we won't lend on a deal, it's probably a good sign that you should avoid doing a deal on that property at all.
