We can close in a minimum of 15 business days for a fix-and-flip deal from the day that property evaluations are ordered, so be sure to set the closing deadline accordingly. Keep in mind that this is a time frame which takes into account the time when documents are in our possession. We do prefer 25-30 days so there is a buffer in case anything takes longer than expected, but always strive to meet this timeframe.
For a wholesale deal, we need an additional 5 business days to close to ensure we can line up a buyer.
