What exactly is a property evaluation? Jordan Brewer

A property evaluation is a process in which the home is inspected for needed repairs and then compared to the selling and active listing prices of other comparable homes in the neighborhood in order to accurately determine the property's value.

To present you with your loan offer, we must complete a Property Evaluation on the subject property to determine your loan amount. This property evaluation takes the place of credit checks and other intrusive approval practices used by traditional lenders.

Why a Property Evaluation?
We are ready to lend you large sums of private money regardless of your credit history or personal factors… Instead of investigating you, the borrower, we use property evaluations to investigate the property to ensure it is free of major concerns, to verify the numbers you have given us, and to make sure it is going to be a profitable deal for you. Otherwise, we would be lending you money blindly. This type of loan approval is much less intrusive than background checks and other practices used by traditional lenders.

How the Evaluation Works
With DoHardMoney.com, you actually get two evaluations. We will complete an in-house desktop evaluation. We will also send a third-party, independent evaluator to the subject property. They will assess the value of the property and its profit potential as an investment. After the evaluation is complete, we will immediately present you with the results of the evaluations, our lending decision and lending amount.

What You Get with the Evaluation
Your desktop evaluation includes a detailed video report showing the findings of the evaluation.
