You will be personally responsible for any rehab costs over the budgeted amount. However, as a member of the Find-Fund-Flip system we can help you get up to $150K in gap financing in the form of business lines of credit. You can use this for ANY business related expenses including property evaluations, inspections, cash-to-close, AND additional rehab costs above the budgeted amount.
