Here is the information you will need to request a rehab draw:
Contractor's invoices and/or receipts for each contractor who has completed work on the project. (These invoices will be compared to the original bid provided to DHM prior to closing, so it is important that the invoices/receipts closely match the line items on the original bids).
Each contractor must complete a lien release for the amount of the invoice they are submitting. Forms can be found in the Draw Request page of your loan application.
Each contractor will need to complete an ACH/Direct Deposit form, indicating which account they would like funds to be disbursed to. The form can be found in the Draw Request page of your loan application.
