A motivated seller is an individual who seeks to sell their property right away. These are the best sellers to find, as they will want to offload their property and can be more open to negotiating a lower asking price. These sellers can be found among other real estate investors who aren't quite sure what to do with their property, individuals going through a divorce who need to liquidate their property and probate situations where a family member passes away and their property needs to be offloaded.
