BRRR stands for Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance. With a BRRR deal, you would hold the property long term as a rental.
While DHM doesn't offer any long-term lending solutions, we are happy to work with this investment strategy! Our process is exactly the same as for a traditional fix-and-flip, with the exception that we are going to require evidence of pre-approval from a traditional lender for a refinance loan. This will help ensure that when the time comes you're able to refinance quickly.
