Your reinvestment bonus check is our gift to you to congratulate you for successfully completing your first deal with us. If you are a member of the Find-Fund-Flip System, you are eligible for a reinvestment bonus check. Three weeks after you sell your property and pay off your first loan, we grant you $2,350 to invest in further REI deals as long as the following requirements have been met: (1) DHM receives a copy of the HUD-1 Settlement Statement from the sales, (2) Client allows DHM to place a sign (provided by DHM) in the front yard of the subject property until the subject property is listed for sale after required repairs are complete, (3) Client completes repairs in the time allotted by the project manager, (4) Clients makes all extension payments on time, (5) the loan provided by DHM or a DHM Funding Partner for Client does NOT result in a foreclosure of the subject property, (6) Client allows DHM access to subject property to take video/photo footage, and (7) Client participates in a video interview if requested by DHM.
