This is a great question, and it's honestly going to vary for every property. As you go through our evaluations process, we are going to help nail down the scope of work - the list of what is going to be rehabbed on the property. Typically the places that are going to get you the most return on investment are going to be kitchens and bathrooms, but every area is different! Looking at comparable properties and what has been done in those properties is the best way to know what things are desirable in the area. Making sure your property matches what is normal for the area is a great way to set the property up to be able to perform similarly when it comes time to sell.
