What's the difference between a wholesale and a fix and flip?

What's the difference between a wholesale and a fix and flip? Jordan Brewer

A fix and flip involves finding, rehabbing and reselling a property for profit. A wholesale involves finding a property and putting it under contract, then sell it to a buyer to fix it up and resell it. Wholesaling a property involves less risk and a faster profit, but a much smaller profit per deal than if you were involved in flipping. We can help you in lining up a buyer if you have a property you would like to wholesale.
