Novice finding strategies are low-to-no cost, but also have the highest competition, take the longest time to find a deal and generally end up with the lowest overall profit margin. Advanced finding strategies are more targeted and cost more money, but also have low-to-no competition and take the shortest amount of time to find a property. Advanced strategies end up gaining the highest overall profit margins.
