Contractor bids are required to ensure we escrow the correct amount of funds for your rehab. We also need to know how much each line item will cost to compete with retail pricing. Knowing how much an experienced contractor will charge for a complete rehab will protect everyone. This also ensures excellent rehab workmanship so that your property will sell quickly and net you a large profit. Contractor bids will also help the draw process go smoothly, as each bid will be broken down by line item. When you are ready to apply for a draw, you can reference the bid and completed line item to complete the draw submission invoice.
