Why does it matter that my contract is assignable?

Why does it matter that my contract is assignable? Jordan Brewer

The contract must be assignable because we never use the name of the borrower on the contract. We do this to protect all parties involved. We always set up an LLC or a business entity and in order for that to happen, the contract must be assignable. If you do not use an assignable contract, it will significantly slow the loan process and we cannot guarantee closing on that deal.
