No. No way shape or form. Have you ever heard of a lender that would take just your comparables? It is not going to happen.
We complete an in-house desktop property evaluation, and use an independent third-party property evaluation from a local real estate expert that lives, eats, sleeps, works, and plays in your area to complete an onsite property evaluation. We also review your comps in the reconciling process, but we will not take them instead of the property evaluations.
