We will not lend on a property with only a septic system unless it has the ability to be connected to public sewer for $5,000.00 or less.
If the septic system is in good working order, it does not have to be connected, but it must have the ability to be connected.
If the septic system is not in good working order and cannot be repaired or replaced, the property would have to be connected to public sewer.
