Your loan must be in servicing to request a rehab draw. When you are ready to submit a draw request, you can go to the Member's Area and locate your loan application by hovering over your name and clicking on the 'My Account' tab. Then click on 'Loans.' Click on the $ button for the property to access the draw request.
