Our typical closing timeframe from once evaluations are ordered is 15-20 business days for a fix-and-flip as long as there are no unexpected delays. For a wholesale, closing timeframe is 20-25 business days as it does take additional time to line up a buyer and draw up the additional paperwork required.

Our recommendation is to write a 21 day due diligence period into each contract to protect any earnest money you've put forward.
